What sort of things will Coach Vachon do for me?
Coach Vachon is willing to work with you individually, work with small groups, or even teams to help you reach your goals. Coach Vachon may come into a high school practice and help out in any way the coach would like or he could come in and run a practice if requested.
Coach Vachon is willing to travel to put on clinics for younger children or high schoolers on anything from ball handling to shooting to defense......
If you would like Coach Vachon to come and speak to your class or your school on aspirations, drug / alcohol prevention, teamwork, or bullying, he can do that too!
Coach Vachon is a gifted speaker and coach who can connect with students from all backgrounds. Whether you want your basketball team or player to get better in basketball fundamentals or you need an inspirational speaker in your school district, contact coach Vachon and you will not be sorry!

If Coach Vachon came to my practice, what would he do?
It is up to you. Some coaches have asked Coach Vachon to come to a practice first, get to know the kids and the coaching philosophy, and then asked him to run the next practice with specific goals / focuses in mind.
Other coaches have asked Coach Vachon to come and run specific drills that he used when he was coaching. He has also been asked to 'jump in' and help out the coach whenever possible. Still other coaches have asked Coach Vachon to simply come and talk with the team on a specific topic that the team may be struggling with at a point in the season.
The most important thing is for the Coach of the team to talk with Coach Vcahon before hand so both are aware of what the goals are in having Coach Vachon come to your practice.

Will Coach Vachon work with individual players or small groups of players?
Coach Vachon is willing to do both!!
Sometimes, a player wants individual attention and needs the one on one interaction with Coach in order to improve. Coach Vachon will work with this player on the specific skills s/he wants to improve on and on the skills s/he will need if s/he wants to compete at the highest level.
Players sometimes need the competition of other players while working out. If players want to work out in groups of 4-6, this is possible as well. The focus on skills and fundamentals will remain, but there is an opportunity to go through a bigger variety of drills in small groups.
